easy access comfy bed friendly staff

the location provides flat, easy access to darling harbour, king street wharfe, and wynyard station. the bed was very large and comfy. i found the room clean. the staff seemed friendly.

the room was slightly smaller than expected, i thought.

helpful staff early check-in enjoyable occasion

The staff at reception answered all questions amazingly. the team was helpful. They made my special occasion enjoyable! i was impressed that they prepared my room even though i arrived early.

The air conditioning was freezing. I couldn't turn it off.

the hotel offers a fantastic location very close to the wharf area. darling harbour and circular quay are within easy walking distance. barangaroo metro station is less than twenty minutes away by foot!!!

helpful staff quick access great cafe

I found the staff quite helpful. they helped me get to my room quickly upon arrival. the room was also close to wynyard station, the lite rail, and the ferries. the cafe also was a great little addition. I loved the seating area.

the room was a bit small. it had a comfortable bed and a good shower with pump shower gel. however, i noticed a constant noise, and i couldn't locate the source. it kept me awake the first night.
